The mission of the counseling program at Rincon Elementary is to provide a comprehensive school counseling program through collaboration with professionals, parents, and the community in order to advocate for students.

The school counseling program at Rincon Elementary provides an inclusive, safe, and nurturing environment for all students in which they can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Hi, I am Staci Israel. I am excited to be one of your counselors this year! I live in Effingham County with my husband and two daughters. This is my 18th year in education. 

Please contact me with any questions or concerns you may have. I look forward to working closely with our Bobcat families.

If you would like for your student(s) to be enrolled in the Bobcat Backpack Buddies Program, please ask for a Backpack Buddies form! After you fill out this form, your student will be enrolled in the program at no cost to you! They will have a bag of food sent home with them every Friday.
